- Adults 62 years or older
- Reside in the five boroughs of NYC
- Income up to 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Homeowners or tenants with landlord approval
- Up to $5,000 per household

- Installation of grab bars or handrails
- Repair or replacement of lighting fixtures for better visibility
- Repair of minor plumbing or electrical issues that affect safety
- Installation of smoke or carbon monoxide detectors
- Door lever handle replacements
