Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Older Adults Home Modification Program (OAHMP) helps eligible NYC older adults age safely at home by providing small-scale, non-structural home modifications that reduce fall and injury risks.
After an application is submitted, eligible households may receive an assessment and coordinated installation of approved improvements to support safer daily living.
