Founded in 2025, the ADAPT Leadership Group brings together individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of those with disabilities. This fundraising committee raises vital funding for ADAPT Community Network’s program and supports through events and awareness.

Mitchell Levine

Mitchell Levine is an investment professional at Eagle Rock Advisors, where he works on real estate and investment initiatives that emphasize long-term thinking, discipline, and positive community impact. He values collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and building relationships grounded in trust. Mitchell is proud to support ADAPT and its mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live full, independent lives. He is deeply committed to giving back and is especially drawn to organizations that strengthen communities, promote inclusion, and create meaningful opportunities for others. Mitchell believes that success carries a responsibility to contribute time, energy, and resources toward causes that make a real and lasting difference, and he is honored to be a part of ADAPT’s Leadership Group.

Mark Madera

Mark Madera is a senior member of Eagle Rock, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s acquisitions platform, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and execution. He plays a central role in the firm’s investment strategy and capital deployment across discretionary funds and joint ventures.
 
Mark leads acquisition activity across Eagle Rock’s portfolio and has been directly responsible for the execution of numerous multifamily acquisitions deploying over $1 billion of equity. He has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s geographic footprint throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic and works closely with internal investment, construction, and property management teams, to ensure disciplined underwriting, efficient execution, and long-term value creation.
 
Mark’s background in architecture and real estate development provides a differentiated perspective on investment underwriting and execution. He brings a deep understanding of building systems, design, zoning, and construction economics, enabling him to assess development and value-add opportunities with a holistic view of both physical assets and financial performance.
 
Mark earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. He is a committee member of the NMHC Emerging Leaders and a member of the New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN), and is actively involved in industry organizations focused on real estate investment and professional development.

Maria Manrique

Maria Manrique is a Retirement Plan Solutions Associate at Focused Wealth Management, where she specializes in supporting retirement plans and educating participants to help them confidently navigate the complexities of retirement saving and investing. She is passionate about making retirement planning accessible, clear, and empowering for individuals at every stage of their financial journey.

 Maria holds her Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health Insurance licenses and remains committed to continuous professional development. In 2025, she earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation as a further step in enhancing her expertise and delivering greater value to the clients she serves. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2020.

 As a bilingual dual citizen, Maria is dedicated to making a lasting and meaningful impact through her work. She is also a proud member of the LPGA Amateurs Association, where she combines her passion for golf with personal growth and community involvement.
