  • Residential Program Specialists Support the implementation of residential programs and services for individuals with disabilities, including behavior support plans, recreational activities, and life skills training, while ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Senior Residential Program Specialists Lead and oversee the development and implementation of residential programs for individuals with disabilities, providing guidance, training, and support to staff, while ensuring the highest quality of care and support.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State Driver’s License and must maintain it in good standing.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with coworkers, employees, the people we support, and their families.
  • Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures.
  • Must be vaccinated against Covid-19
