I have been with ADAPT Community Network for 22 months (1yr 10months).

How long have you been a nurse?
I have been a nurse since 2018 (LPN), 2020 (RN),and 2021 (BSN).

What is the difference in working as a nurse at ADAPT versus other institutions and organizations?
The main difference is that you as a nurse, also work as a case manager for the individuals and directly with collaborate with other health care professionals such as the Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Nutritionists and other specialist.

What is the best part of your day?
I don’t really have a best part of the day; as long as I am finding solutions and achieving results to issues, I am good.

What would you say to someone who might be interested in working here?
Sincerely, that would be the best decision.

What keeps you inspired while working at ADAPT?
Being able to see people supported at ADAPT healthy and thriving brings me the biggest joy.

Is there anything else you would like to share about working here?
I would like to share the joy of being given the opportunity to be able to take care of individuals with disabilities and being their advocate.
