Hundreds of ADAPT Community Network preschoolers graduated this month at festive ceremonies throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Students, parents, and education staff attended graduations for our 13 preschools from both ADAPT and our network partner New York League for Early Learning.
ADAPT is a leading provider of cutting-edge programs specifically designed for children with special needs. Our preschools offer comprehensive educational and therapeutic programs for children ages three to five with physical and/or developmental disabilities. Our expert staff focus on curricula, assistive technologies and therapies that educate children with a variety of abilities together in a supportive environment. We ensure that each child is well prepared to enter kindergarten in September.
This year’s ceremonies were filled with dancing, singing and theatrical performances by the children in collaboration with each school’s staff. Parents and other family members were proud participants as they witnessed each child receive a diploma at the end of the ceremonies, marking an important step for our students towards the advancement of their future educational goals.
