ADAPT Community Network provides a comprehensive array of services including preschool and school age programs, day habilitation, housing, medical and clinical services and family support services including family reimbursement, community supports, and respiteWe understand that sorting through information and securing opportunities for a loved one with a disability can be an arduous and challenging process. Project Connect provides trained and understanding staff to expertly guide callers regarding services.
Project Connect staff are available five days a week to respond to inquiries and offer assistance and support. If we are unable to provide answers to inquiries or direct individuals to services within ADAPT Community Network, we will offer referrals to other agencies and organizations.
