|INCLUDEnyc INCLUDEnyc is the leading provider of information, training, and resources for young people with any disability (age 0-26) in New York City, their families, and the professionals who support them. We create access to educational, employment, and independent living opportunities, and advocate with families for meaningful inclusion in the broader community. We assist more than 8,000 people each year, and reach nearly a million individuals through digital communications and community outreach--all provided free of charge.
|Advocates for Children of New York At Advocates for Children of New York (AFC), we are dedicated to protecting every child's right to an education, focusing on students from low-income backgrounds who are struggling in school or experiencing school discrimination of any kind. Our staff of attorneys and education specialists provide free legal and advocacy services, including representation at school-related hearings and appeals, and a wide range of resources — including fact sheets, workshops, and trainings — to help families stand up for their children's educational rights.
|Partners Health Plan Partners Health Plan (PHP) is New York State’s only healthcare plan specifically designed for people with IDD. PHP is an integrated benefit design that will include a dedicated Care Coordination team to address each individual´s medical, behavioral, long-term supports and services, and social needs. PHP is also able to draw from the support and experience of its long-established and trusted sponsor agencies: NYSARC and the ADAPT Community Network, which are both leading providers of programs and services for people with developmental disabilities.
|The Foundling The Foundling provides support for people with developmental disabilities throughout the New York metropolitan area, reaching more than 1000 adults and children every year. Our programs create a supportive and nurturing environment, helping the people we serve strive toward independence and become thriving members of their communities.
