Our Project Connect program was created to provide people with disabilities and their loved ones information on programs, services, and supports that are available at ADAPT or through our network of partners, affiliates, and friends.

Project Connect offers support and information on the following areas and more!

Project Connect Staff

Project Connect staff are available five days a week to respond to inquiries and offer assistance and support. If we are unable to provide answers to inquiries or direct individuals to services within ADAPT Community Network, we will offer referrals to other agencies and organizations.  To access any of ADAPT’s services or to obtain information on other community services, complete the form below or call us at 877-827-2666.
